Nutrition, Dietetics, and Nutrition Education

C&S Consultants' Josephine Connolly has over ten years of experience in Nutritrion, Dietetics, and Nutrition Education. She currently holds a faculty position in the Department of Family Medicine in the School of Medicine at the State University of New York-Stony Brook. Over the last eight years she has developed a unique nutrition educational tool: The Bull's-Eye Food Guide. This new tool is now available through C&S Consultants. Josephine has extensive experience as a national spokeswoman for ADA.
